All lesson plans (“Deliverables”) created and provided by WhyMaker remain the intellectual property of WhyMaker. Upon purchase, WhyMaker grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, and display the Deliverables solely for internal educational, training, or promotional purposes.

Clients may:
Use the Deliverables in their own programs, campaigns, or events
Modify or adapt the materials for their intended use
Share the materials internally within their organization

Clients may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Deliverables to third parties
Claim authorship or original ownership of the materials
Use the content in a way that misrepresents WhyMaker or violates applicable laws

By purchasing and/or downloading content from WhyMaker, the client agrees to these terms.
