Requirements
- Teachers must be certified and currently teaching grades 4-12 in New York State for the upcoming school year.
- You must be committed to teaching about clean energy. Any topic related to clean energy is sufficient, like careers, social impact, historical impact, and scientific or technical content.
- Teachers attending our events are required to teach other educators in their school or district about their learning from the clean energy events and submit artifacts from this training.
Those teaching in disadvantaged communities, Environmental Justice Zones, or HUB Zones communities based on criteria established under the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act will be given first priority.
